Peter Richardson is an old-fashioned media-man – you know, the ones with rolled-up sleeves and inky fingers from a leaking Biro.
Peter spent 12 years working on newspapers, starting as a reporter and finishing as Editor of the country’s largest free independent newspaper group. Since leaving the murky world of newspapers, he has become poacher turned gamekeeper, helping businesses enjoy a high media profile.
He has worked extensively with estate agents and property developers for more than 20 years and understands the property world as well as most agents. More pertinently he has a burning desire, bordering on obsession, to convince estate agents of the positive role the media can play in colouring a vendor’s decision-making process when it comes to choosing an agent to market their property.
Having edited an estate agency paper and worked with some of the country’s largest housebuilders, he is very well placed to ensure media potential is fully exploited.
